-Behandeling vind plaats na telefonische afspraak
-Laat uw hond goed uit voordat u hem brengt
-Geef uw hond (of kat) geen eten vlak voor de behandeling
-Was uw hond niet van te voren (tenzij in overleg)
-Wilt u weten hoever de behandeling van uw hond gevorderd is, bel mij dan!
 Uw hond kan erg onrustig worden als hij u ziet...
